Hino 700
Hino 700 holds 30m3 of mulch and generally tows the Vermeer BC 2100 chipper to the jobs.
Kenworth K108 holds 25m3 and due to the higher HP it will be the truck we use to tow the heavier plant trailer with an excavator and sometimes stump grinder at the same time. Both trucks can also cart the 5 ton excavator in the back of the tipper.
Having larger trucks with bogey drive rear gives us the ability to get in to more places and with big mulch capacity we don’t need to empty as often.
Hino 500
Our 500 series Hino has a custom-built bin for high mulch capacity, while also being able to transport our 4.8-tonne excavator. It has a capacity of 25 cubic meters, which is larger than most other tree trucks. It is a multi-purpose truck, sometimes paired with our Morbark chipper for residential work, other days it works as a mulch truck together with Hino 700 on larger jobs. Whatever the day requires, the Hino 500 is ready for it.
Mitsubishi FV500 Tray Truck
We primarily use this to float machines to and from jobs so that we can cart mulch in the tippers. Bolsters are fitted when we load out logs to a sawmill.
Our Mitsubishi Flat Bed is a 24-tonne heavy float truck. Primarily used to transport our Komatsu excavator, it is also handy for taking logs to the sawmill. The ability to float or own machines and take logs to the mill saves us money on outside float fees, keeping the job price down for you.
